Under the current Pakistan Ride platform model, Pakistan Ride does not charge commission on rides or services.
Customers and riders may directly discuss and agree upon fares and other arrangements.
Pakistan Ride is not responsible for disputes concerning fares or private financial arrangements between users.
9. Accidents, Injuries, Losses and Damages
Pakistan Ride is a technology platform intended to facilitate contact between users.
Pakistan Ride does not own, operate, drive, manage, or control the vehicles used by riders or transport providers.
Any ride, transportation service, route, fare, vehicle use, or arrangement is made directly between the relevant users.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pakistan Ride is not responsible for accidents, injuries, death, property damage, loss of belongings, delays, cancellations, unsafe driving, vehicle condition, rider/customer conduct, or other incidents arising from a ride or service arranged between users.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
