Please let me know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the entirety of the scheduled service. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to you being late, your deposit will be non-transferable and you will need to provide another deposit fee that will go towards your next service.

Your appointment is very important to me and I understand things happen that require schedule adjustments. I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment will forfeit the transferable deposit and will need to provide a new deposit fee that will go towards your next service upon scheduling.

A guest is considered a no show after 15 minutes of not showing up for your scheduled appointment. This means you will forfeit your transferable deposit fee. You will need to provide a new deposit fee upon scheduling your next appointment and the forfeited deposit will NOT go towards your next service.

I value your time and feel it is fair to uphold myself to the same policies that I hold my guests to. Should we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, on my part, with less than 24 hour notice, I will honor 10% off your next identical service and we will reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

I pride myself on exceptional, quality work. I will do my best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables I understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and I will do my best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind that we are limited on space in a salon suite. I must request that you do not bring any extra guests with you, this includes children of all ages. I understand that finding caretakers for individuals who rely on you can be hard but please make these arrangements before your apponitment. 

If it is your child that has the appointment, you may accompany your child during their service. If you choose to bring a extra guest with you I cannot guarantee that they will be able to stay with you during your service.

If a guest reschedules the same appointment multiple times or cancels multiple appointments in a row (regardless of how much notice was given) said guest will not be allowed to book with Painted Hair Studio in the future.

Eligibility: Referring guests and referred guests must be 18 years or older to participate. This program is open to all existing guests of Painted Hair Studio Salon.

HOW IT WORKS: To qualify for the $20 referral program, the referred person must be a new guest who has not previously visited Painted Hair Studio Salon. They must book and complete their first appointment at Painted Hair Studio Salon. At their first appointment they will either need to have the physical referral card or mention the first and last name of the referring guest. 

REWARD DETAILS: The $20 reward will be credited to the referring guest's account and can be applied toward a future appointment. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or transfered to another account. Referral credits will be applied once the referred guest's appointment has been attended and completed.

PROGRAM RULES: There is no limit to the number of referrals a guest can make; however, referral credits are awarded per new guest referred. Appointments canceled or not attended by the referred guest will not quailfy for the referral reward. If multiple guests refer the same person, the credit will be awarded to the first guest named by the referred person during their appoinrment booking.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS: Painted Hair Studio Salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

OTHER TERMS: Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty programs unless explicitly stated.

Participation in the program constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
