A few months earlier my paint shop stopped showing my car. I am not a big customizer, I rather spend my time on practicing, so it wasn't bothering me too much lately, but I thought it might worth a question. What do you think, how can I fix it?

PaintShop Pro (PSP) is a raster and vector graphics editor for Microsoft Windows. It was originally published by Jasc Software. In October 2004, Corel purchased Jasc Software and the distribution rights to PaintShop Pro. PSP functionality can be extended by Photoshop-compatible plugins.

and ive looked at that also on the view menu then palettes and all the palettes are ticked and when i press the keyboard shortcuts nothings coming up..

also i have tried to refresh the default palette settings and still nothing happened..

so.. please.. lol. i dont know what else to do.. :/

Painting operations using flammable and combustible materials shall be constructed and operated in compliance with the State Fire Marshal and NFPA 33 code requirements. Commonly used paints often contain toxic substances, such as lead or benzol and may be harmful if inhaled. Supervisors must rigidly enforce such standards. Contact EH&S for assistance in the design and operation of paint shops. At a minimum, the following precautions should be observed:

Spray booths should be used in all paint shops to localize the fire and explosion hazards. The walls of these booths should be made of a fireresistant material that can be easily and frequently cleaned. Walls and floors of spray booths may be covered with paper to protect them from paint deposits. This paper should be removed and destroyed when contaminated. Protective paper wall coatings should not be used for dry or dusty painting operations.

Forced air ventilation should be provided in all paint spray booths to prevent the accumulation of flammable and potentially harmful vapors. The booth should have an exhaust system with a linear velocity across the face of the booth of 100 feet per minute (fpm) and the following basic rules should be observed:

All sources of ignition should be removed from paint shops. Electrical equipment and fixtures should be explosion-proof and effectively grounded at all times. Exhaust fans should be made of nonferrous metal and the air ducts should be bonded and grounded. Smoking should not be permitted in the paint shop. In addition, the following should be observed:

Paint storage should be isolated from the spray booths. Containers of no more than five-gallon capacity should be used for storing paints. The paint materials should be stored in approved fire rated metal cabinets when not in use.

For your photo I would recommend using mainly the burn brush with a square brush shape (to match the window shapes of the glare). Start with the following approximate settings - Hardness = 80, Opacity = 12, Continuous = checked and Limit = none.

'Paint' over the areas of the glare to burn (or darken) the area. Try to line up the brush to the edge of the problem area to avoid also darkening the good bits.

Any small remaining areas that don't look right can then be treated using the clone brush, sampling from a similar area of grass. I also used this tool for the sky since there is plenty of it to sample from.

If you are not familiar with the clone tool, the idea is to right click an area you wish to copy (sample) then left click and drag to paint over a blemish with the sampled image.

For your photo, I used just the clone tool since almost all the glare is in the sky which has no texture and is therefore easy to clone.

I used a large soft brush with Opacity = 10 and Continuous = unchecked. I sampled from the left hand side of the sky then painted continuously across the full width of the image. With the opacity set low it is necessary to repeat this several times to build up the colour over the unwanted glare - rather like applying watercolour paint.

Spande also went over the process flow of the BGA Paint Shop that includes body washers, a prime oven, wet sanding, a color oven, a blackout oven, panel unload, and more. The panels are painted in the same position as they would be on the completed Corvette. One of the main reasons that Corvettes have such amazing paint jobs is because of the wet sanding done within the process. Spande shared that this is an industry-leading process and a big reason as to why there is such a great finish on the vehicle.
