Hi,

Hi,
I'm Viktoria
▪️▪️▪️▪️
This is our open community
which we want to co-create & share with you:
W e l c o m e
RE-WILD
our open Zouk Community space in Pai
If any of you plan to spend winter in Asia...
we have a place in Pai (northern Thailand) and will spend January and February 2026 there.
We invited a few zoukers to join us for :
co-live, co-work, do yoga, train and dance zouk, anyone is free to share what they want.
We have a kitchen (self-organisation), a yoga shala, a dance place and seven houses to share.
Warmer weather, amazing Thai food, beautiful nature and ZOUK every day is possible.
You can stay as long as you want, if our place is full you can just rent something nearby. It’s closed for the public.
If it resonates with you, let us know.
Much love
Neli & Viktoria

Dear friends,
we want to make your arrival as easy and seamless as possible, so we’ve put together some important information for you:
VISA-FREE for total stay of max. 90 days (= short-term tourists):
◾Most European citizens - for example Germany, France, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Austria,
Netherlands, Sweden - can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days (= Visa-exempt entry -> 60 days stamp on arrival) as short-term tourist.
◾This is NOT a visa. Visa-exemt is a temporary privilege for short-term tourism only (can be refused)
◾You can extend your stay once for 30 more days at any Immigration Office.
◾Limited number of entries per year (max. two Visa-exempts in 2026)
◾If you are entering from a country other than those listed, please double-check your exact travel requirements for Thailand before your arrival.
Tourist Visa (TR) for long stays/more visits in one year (= legitimate planned stay):
◾it's a official embassy approven tourist Visa (pre-approved right to enter)
◾for second/third visit in one year (longer stays)
◾60 days stay guaranteed + 30 days extension (can apply again later the same year)
◾much lower risk at immigration for longer stays
◾no questioning about "how often you come"
◾apply in advance (Processing time: 3 - 10 working days) at https://www.thaievisa.go.th (only official site)
Prepare required documents (simple)
• Passport (valid 6+ months)
• Passport photo
• Proof of accommodation (hotel / invitation)
• Proof of funds (bank statement)
• Outbound flight (can be refundable)
◾Pay fee: approx. 35–40 € (varies slightly)
All international travelers must submit the TDAC online:
LINK: Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
◾Submit it within 72 hours before your arrival in Thailand
◾You will receive a QR code that you show at immigration
◾This is NOT a visa.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival.
Travelers may be asked to show an onward or return ticket and proof of sufficient funds (approx. 10,000 THB per person).
These checks are not always performed but remain official entry requirements.
Return flight to Europe not booked yet:
If you haven't booked a return flight yet because you're unsure how long you'll be staying, you can book a one-way fake flight here for $16 and present it as proof.
You can then let this flight reservation expire or even convert it into a real flight booking later.
◾LINK: Return flight as a fake flight for $16
Visaservice:
If you need help with Thai visa questions, you can reach out to Max.
He’s German, lives in Chiang Mai (TH), speaks English and offers different services in Thailand, including visa assistance.

Recommondation for SIM-Card:
We recommend AIS provider, 30 days, 70 GB, unlimited calls: 350 baht (in any 7/11, cheaper then 7 days at the airport).
You will not find this prices at the airport (there just use their free WiFi).
At the airport they sell more expensive versions for tourists, they are great of course, just more expensive; unless you want esim - then airport is a good choice.
There are also other providers such as True or dTac - they say True is better than dTac.
There will be Internet at our place but it is good to have your own as well in any case.
Pai is known for its laid-back, slow living atmosphere, mountain views, hot springs, waterfalls, stunning sunset spots, vibrant café and healing community.
Pai’s natural hot springs are heated by geothermal energy, bringing mineral-rich water to the surface. Their healing minerals, gentle warmthmand serene jungle setting make them a uniquely soothing and therapeutic experience.
Weather in Pai:
Pai in January and February feels like a gentle embrace: warm sunshine during the day, clear blue skies, and refreshing cool nights. The dry season brings lightness to the air and a calm, peaceful energy to the mountains, ideal for retreats, creativity and slow living.
