MISSION
To advocate for the continued development of Latino educational leaders who are committed to quality public education.
PAHSA’s purpose is to promote leadership, unity, and mentorship for educators.
PAHSA is a non-profit/ non-partisan group of educators, administrators, and community supporters that was founded in order to accomplish the following goals:
To promote the image of the Hispanic Administrators so that they can be seen as role models for other aspiring Latinos.
To enhance professional growth and cultural awareness among the administrators and educational leaders throughout the tri-state area.
To identify specific educational and cultural needs of students and develop strategies and solutions.
To share the efforts and expertise of the Hispanic Administrators with those who shape and create the educational policies and programs affecting the education of students throughout Pennsylvania and the tri-state area.
To establish channels of communication between PAHSA and those in the community that seek to motivate Latinos toward educational growth.
