Vuosikokouskutsu

Tervetuloa Pähkinärinteen koulun vanhempainyhdistys ry:n vuosikokoukseen, joka pidetään koulun ruokalassa ke 23.9.2026 klo 18. Sisäänkäynti C-ovesta.

Vuosikokouksessa käydään läpi yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaan mm. seuraavaa:
- Esitetään vuosikertomus, tilinpäätös ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto edelliseltä toiminta- ja tilikaudelta.
- Esitetään tilinpäätös edelliseltä tilikaudelta sekä päätetään vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä yhdistyksen hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille tai niistä toimenpiteistä, joihin yhdistyksen hallinto antaa aihetta.
- Valitaan hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja muut hallituksen jäsenet kaudelle 2025-2026.
- Esitellään ja vahvistetaan toimintasuunnitelma ja talousarvio kuluvaa toimintavuotta varten.
- Keskustellaan yleisesti kodin ja koulun yhteistyöstä ja yhteisistä asioista.

Kokouksen pääasiallinen kieli on suomi.

Kokouksessa on tarjolla pientä makeaa.

Mikäli olet kiinnostunut hallitustyöstä, tulisi kokouksessa olla paikalla. Toimintaan kyllä pääsee mukaan muutenkin kuin hallituksessa olemalla, silti kannattaa tulla paikalle!

Läsnäolo kokouksessa ei velvoita mihinkään. Voit osallistua kokoukseen ihan vain kuullaksesi mitä vanhempainyhdistys on tehnyt ja mitä suunnitelmia sillä on seuraavalle toimintakaudelle. Kokouksessa kuulet myös koulun edustajan puheenvuoron koskien tämän lukuvuoden toimintaa. Vanhempainyhdistyksen toiminta vaikuttaa kaikkiin Pähkinärinteen koulun oppilaisiin ja heidän vanhempiinsa, joten tieto tekemisistä kuuluu kaikille.

Jos yhdistyksen jäsen haluaa saada jonkin asian yhdistyksen vuosikokoukseen käsiteltäväksi, olisi siitä ilmoitettava hallitukselle hyvissä ajoin, viimeistään kaksi viikkoa ennen kokousta. Viestiä voi lähettää osoitteeseen: pahkis.vanhempainyhdistys@gmail.com

Mikäli et vielä ole, liitythän nyt Pähkinärinteen vanhempainyhdistys ry:n jäseneksi (yleinen yhdistyksen jäsen, ei hallituksen jäsen) ilmoittamalla tietosi jäsenlomakkeeseen. Löydät sen sivuiltamme https://linktr.ee/pahkis.  Yhdistysjäsenyys ei velvoita aktiivitoimintaan eikä ole maksullista.

Toivottavasti moni pääsee vuosikokoukseen paikalle ja saamme myös uusia, aktiivisia jäseniä hallitukseen! Hallitus tarvitsee aina uusia jäseniä, jotta toimintaa voidaan jatkaa ja ajatukset pysyvät tuoreina!

Welcome to the annual meeting of the Pähkinärinteen School Parents' Association, which will be held in the school cafeteria on Wed 23.9.2026 at 6 pm. Entrance through door C.

According to the association's rules, the annual meeting will review, among other things, the following:

- The annual report, financial statements and the auditor's statement for the previous operating and financial period will be presented.

- The financial statements for the previous financial period will be presented and a decision will be made on granting discharge from liability to the association's board of directors and other accountable persons or on the measures that the association's administration gives reason for.

- The chairman of the board and other board members will be elected for the period 2025-2026.

- The action plan and budget for the current operating year will be presented and confirmed.

- There will be a general discussion about home-school cooperation and common issues.

The main language of the meeting is Finnish, but we can explain things in English.

Light snacks will be served at the meeting.

If you are interested in board work, you should be present at the meeting. You can participate in activities other than being on the board, but it is still worth attending!

Attendance at the meeting is not obligatory. You can attend the meeting just to hear what the parents' association has done and what plans it has for the next term. At the meeting, you will also hear the principal's speech regarding the activities of this school year. The activities of the parents' association affect all students at Pähkinärinteen School and their parents, so everyone should be aware of what is being done.

If a member of the association wants to have a matter discussed at the association's annual meeting, the board should be notified well in advance, at least two weeks before the meeting. You can send a message to: pahkis.vanhempainyhdistys@gmail.com

If you are not yet a member, please join the Pähkinärinteen Parents' Association (general member of the association, not a board member) by entering your information in the membership form. You can find it on our website https://linktr.ee/pahkis. Membership in the association does not require active participation and is free of charge.

I hope that many of you will be able to attend the annual meeting and that we will also get new, active members to the board! The board always needs new members so that the activities can continue and the ideas stay fresh!
