Water Environmental Analytical Tool (WEAT) was established by the international project between Cambodia and Japan with the fund from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) (Project category SATREPS, Grant No. JPMJSA1503).
WEAT is composed with three different hydrological/hydraulic models with a spatially nested scheme together with the manual for applying remote sensing for lake environmental monitoring (see the nested scheme below).
Scale 1. The Mekong River Basin -> Basin Model
Scale 2. Tonle Sap Lake -> Lake Model
Scale 3. Floating Village -> Village Mode
WEAT reproduces hydrological, hydraulic, and biogeochemical processes and health risk in water environment.
We may select a spatial scale and target variables depending on interest.
We may combine other environmental components and models for further development.
The brief overview of WEAT can be found here. The full manual and reference document of WEAT can be found here.
