Saturday, June 6th at Buckeye Valley High School

Dancers are to be dropped off 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THEIR SHOW in the hallway located on the right side of the theater. Dancers need to be signed in and are to go to their assigned dressing room and sit with the rest of their class and wait until it is time to get lined up to dance.  Whichever parent signs the child in, will also need to be the parent who signs the child out for all Level 2 and Mini Hip Hop dancers. Level 3 dancers and anyone age 10 and up do not need to be signed out. (They can carry their own belongings after the hsow to meet their family in the lobby). 

Younger students should bring their sling pack they received and are encouraged to bring some type of quiet, sit-down activity like Barbies or a stuffie. No messy/rambunctious activities like markers, playdoh, slime, or jump ropes. Make sure everything is labeled with their name or initials (especially costume parts and dance shoes) and do not bring anything valuable. If your child is in more than one number, make sure you have all their costume parts that they will need for their next dance put together and labeled with their name, class and what number in the show their dance is. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK BACKSTAGE! Make sure all students have gone to the bathroom BEFORE you drop them off so they don't miss their chance on stage. 

House doors will open 25 minutes before the start of the show. Parents are to remain in the audience unitl after the finale when one parent can then come backstage to the dressing rooms to pick up their child. Combo, Special Needs, Hippety Hop and Level 1 dancers will remain on the stage after the final curtain and will be dismissed from the stage. Those dancers who are dismissed from the stage will be holding their sling pack that will have their personal items like shoes or other costumes in it.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE DANCERS ALLOWED IN THE AUDIENCE DURING THE RECITAL OR BALLET. THEY MUST REMAIN BACKSTAGE UNTIL THE FINALE.
