Youth Camp - January 17-19, 2026

Campers: Jr. High - Age 18

Price: $250 per person prior to December 1st, $300 December 1st and later

All students must be accompanied by at least one adult from their church. 

Adult responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervising campers, administrating games/activities, helping during alter times, overseeing kitchen duties, and leading cabin devotionals.

Transportation/Check-in:

Registration is from 3:00-5:00 PM on Saturday. Upon arrival at Old Oak Ranch, please check in with the registrar when you arrive to receive cabin assignments, name tags, wristbands, and t-shirt. Please do not enter cabins prior to checking in with registrar. On Monday, please be sure to pick up all campers no later than 11:30 AM.

Medications/Special Needs:

All medications must be dispensed by an adult leader or the camp registrar. All prescription medications or special medical needs (allergies, asthma, etc.) must be discussed with camp director prior to that camper’s registration. Students with special needs may be required to have an escort/caregiver in attendance at the full camp registration rate. These issues must be discussed with the camp director prior to registration.
