Privacy Policy for PackSavi

PackSavi ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

a. Camera & Media Access

We request access to your device’s camera, photos, and videos solely so you can:

• Take or upload photos/videos into your packs

• View and manage your own content within the app

Media remains on your device by default. You may choose to share content using your device’s system share sheet, or save backup files to cloud storage of your choice. We do not automatically upload, share, or sell your personal media, and we do not access it for any purpose beyond the app’s features.

b. Usage Data

We may collect aggregated and anonymized usage statistics to improve app performance. This data does not include personal identifiers such as your name or email address.

c. In-App Purchases

If you choose to make a purchase (for example, to remove ads or unlock themes), the transaction is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details. We may receive limited non-payment information from the store (such as purchase confirmation) solely to unlock the purchased features for you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. All media content remains local to your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services (for in-app purchases and analytics)

• Apple App Store / Apple services (for in-app purchases and analytics)

• Google AdMob (for displaying ads if you have not upgraded with the Ad Free Star Upgrade)

You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings. If you withdraw permissions, some features may be limited.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
