Welcome to PackMyStream.com (“the Site”), owned and operated by My Guy Online (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Guy Online (Pty) Ltd.

By accessing or using PackMyStream.com, including purchasing digital products or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Our Services

PackMyStream.com sells digital products only, such as overlays, stream packs, bit badges, emotes, and related downloadable assets for streamers and content creators.
There are no physical items shipped. After successful payment, digital downloads become available to the user’s account or via email link.

3. Account Registration

• Users may browse without creating an account.

• Account creation is required at checkout.

• Registration requires only an email and password (secured via Firebase Authentication), or users may sign in using their Google account.

• We do not store passwords on our servers.

• Users may optionally add their display name in their profile.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Digital Product Delivery

• All products sold on PackMyStream.com are digital downloads.

• After purchase, download links are made available immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

• Due to the nature of digital content, no physical delivery will occur.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

• You are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

• We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, refunds may be granted in limited cases such as:

• Duplicate purchase, or

• Technical issues preventing download or product access (where unresolved by support).

7. License and Usage Rights

By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial streaming purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the products on your own channels or projects.

Violation of license terms may result in termination of your account and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on PackMyStream.com — including product designs, text, images, graphics, code, and logos — remains the property of My Guy Online (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product details, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, animation style, or file format may occur depending on your device or software.
