Welcome

What: Cuboree at Camp Elmore, one of our most competitive camping events. Scouts will participate in shooting sports, knot relays, obstacle courses, canoe races, etc… In addition, the Webelos AOL crossover ceremony will take place.

knots Competition

The knots competition is a relay race to see which group can complete the most knots in the fastest time.  The knots tested are the Six Scout Knots:

• KNOTS (with videos)

  • Square Knot - Easy

  • Clove Hitch - Medium

  • Two Half Hitch - Medium

  • Taut Line Hitch - Medium

  • Sheet Bend - Medium

  • Bowline - Difficult
