Pack Family Camp – Parent Quick Guide
What to Expect
· Beginner-friendly camping experience
o Pack 500 participates in Lake Erie Council S’mores Cub Adventure (June or July) and Cub Haunted (October). These camps allow scouts to participate in shooting sports (BB guns, Archery and Wrist Rockets), Climbing Wall, STEM projects and various other activities.
· 1-2 nights with planned activities
· Support from experienced leaders
o 80% of families with new scouts have no prior scouting experience. Pack Leadership (Cub Master and Den Leaders) can answer any questions that you have concerning camping and help setup your tent for the first time.
· Family-focused fun and learning
