Any Pack activity taking place off of the St. Jerome Church campus requires parents to provide medical forms for all participants, including adults.  For events 72 hours or less, Parts A and B are required.  For events of more than 72 hours (like overnight summer camp / an extended camping trip), Parts A, B, and C are required.  Part C needs to be filled in by a physician, so plan ahead if you need this form.

Sam Houston Area Council is the umbrella Scouting organization for our area. It manages the local camps like Bovay, Brosig, and Strake and provides training, resources, fundraising opportunities, and personnel to support local units.

Mustang District is a territory within the Sam Houston Area Council. Mustang District offers special events for units within its territory. These include Cub-o-ree camping, shooting sports days, events for AOLs, Webelos, rocket days, and the like. It also offers monthly informational gatherings and learning sessions for Scout leadership.
