Our Values
Cub Scout Pack 116 is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all youth and families. We believe every Scout should feel:
Safe
Valued
Respected
Encouraged to be themselves
Our pack follows the principles of Scouting America, including Youth Protection guidelines, and promotes kindness, teamwork, and positive behavior at all activities.
Families are an important part of Cub Scouting, and we welcome parent and guardian involvement as partners in our program. Together, we work to create a fun and supportive experience where every Scout can learn, grow, and succeed.
The mission of Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Scout Oath
On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;

A Scout is:
Trustworthy

Courteous
Kind
Obedient
Cheerful

Scouting America will prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law.
