The second sign in this level tell’s the player to grab the ledge, it can be skipped saving about a second.

There is a Hill that Pac-Man must roll up. Around the top of the hill you can press the Jump button to cancel the Rev-roll into a jump that gives you more height and distance.

After taking the chain, there are several rocks Pac-Man can jump on, if you rev roll on the sides Pac-Man will keep his rev-roll momentum from the land into the water saving a bit of time.
