1997-2002, I studied my degree in physics (Master level) at the University of Buenos Aires, and my thesis supervisor was Dr. Gabriel Mindlin.
2002-2008, I did my Ph.D at New York University in the Physics Department and the Center for Neural Sciences (CNS), under the supervision of Dr. John Rinzel and Dr. Dan Sanes
2008-2013, I did my first postdoctoral experience at Columbia University in the labs of Dr. Eric Kandel (Nobel laureated 2000) and Dr. Larry Abbott.
2013-2015, I did my second postdoctoral experience at Stanford University under the supervision of Dr. Mark Schnitzer.
2015-2017, I came to Barcelona as a Marie Curie Fellow at the Immunology Programm of the Hospital Clínic and IDIBAPS in Barcelona, under the supervision of Dr. Jaime de la Rocha and Dr. Josep Dalmau.
2017-2022 I lead a team at the Immunology Programm at IDIBAPS, to study memory using animal models of induced amnesia via human antibodies from synapto-pathogenic autoimmune neural disorders.
2023-present Científico titular (Tenured Assistant professor level) Instituto Cajal, CSIC. Director of the Laboratory of computational neuroscience or memory.
