About me

My personal mantra is to "use your illusion" (also, the Guns n' Roses double album is recommended) 

I am originally from Cantabria, Spain, but I have lived in France for the last three years. 

I have always had a passion for guitar playing, in particular classic rock. You can watch some of my favorite guitar solos (played by myself) here. Like most beginners, I started wanting to be a new Jimmy Page (in the 2000s though) and eventually my attitude changed (my days of chasing the skills of a shredder are gone). During the process of learning guitar, I came across the great Steve Vai. Why do I bring this up? Well, Steve is not only one of the greatest talented guitar players in history but a phenomenal "life" teacher who has influenced a lot the way I think. I encourage you to watch his “Under It All” sequence of videos released during the 2022 pandemic, available on YouTube. 

Also, I like reading practical books. By this I mean books that help you to become a "better version of yourself". Here I leave some that were quite useful to me:
