Apart from the former students of the Department of Physics, Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata the Alumni Association comprises the present and former faculty members of the Department.
Physics Alumni Association Lady Brabourne College (PAALBC) was formed in 2015 and was registered under the West Bengal Society Registration Act on 11/08/2016.
The objectives of the PAALBC are:
to organize Lectures, Debates, Discussions, Seminars for promotions of scientific knowledge
to promote and encourage the advancement of Literacy, Cultural and Scientific Education
to publish useful Scientific Magazines, Scientific Literature without profit motive
to help the needy and meritorious students of the Physics Department of Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata as and when required
to assist the students and scholars of the Department of Physics, Lady Brabourne College and members of the Association in their academic pursuits and professional careers.
