Goal #1:

To improve communication with all PA Alpha Delta Kappa members by encouraging participation using CONNECT and mass e-mails of monthly newsletters.

MEASUREMENT: Increased feedback from membership; increased participation in events (leadership conference, district conference, friendship weekend, state convention); improved chapter Pearls of Achievement Award

Goal #2:

To promote altruism and world understanding by participating in diverse activities through increasing the giving of time and raising monies for scholarships and charitable projects.

MEASUREMENT: Increased numbers on chapter altruistic reports of time and monies; increased number of chapters applying for Distinguished Program Award

Goal #3:

To encourage executive board members to identify, recruit, and mentor potential successors to their leadership positions by inviting them to attend meetings and provide training opportunities.

MEASUREMENT: List names of potential successor(s) to executive board positions; provide direction to the Nominating Committee for the creation of a full slate of state officers

Goal #4:

To assist chapters in increasing Membership by recruiting new members promoting retention of current members and encouraging reinstatement

MEASUREMENT: Increase in membership; Chapter use of “Onboarding” timelines and guidelines; chapter participation and enjoyment of the statewide mini-game by submission of activity reports; completion of the mini-game during the biennium
