This project represents the culmination of my academic career and a deep dive into full-cycle game development within Unreal Engine 5. Due to the project's complexity and the goal of reaching professional market standards, I took on a wide-ranging multidisciplinary role that bridged the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
I acted as Producer, managing the development through iterative methodologies, sprint planning, and priority-driven workflows.
On the design and narrative front, I served as Story Writer and Cinematic Director, while simultaneously working as Side Designer to ensure mechanics and narrative were aligned.
My hands-on contribution was equally extensive:
I was responsible for the Level Design, Level Dressing, and Conceptual Art, moving from initial layouts to final environmental storytelling.
Additionally, I functioned as Interface Designer (UI) and Tech Artist, focusing on the seamless integration of assets and system optimization.
As Side Programmer, I developed core gameplay systems using Blueprints, managing the logic for the game's progression and save states.
