Referral

This menu is used to adjust the Referral bonus from your website

Commission Group

First, you must specify your Referral settings in this sub-menu.

The following is a detailed explanation of the columns in this sub-menu:

Commission Group Name, is the name of this referral setting. Later you can make more than 1 settings so you can provide different referral settings for the players you want. But currently only able to use 1 setting
Minimum Downline, is the minimum downline that players must have to start getting referral bonuses
Acceptance Period, is the referral bonus period you want:
- Weekly: bonuses will be distributed on Mondays for transactions from Monday to the previous week
- Monthly: the bonus will be distributed on the 1st of next month for transactions from the previous month
Default, if later you already have more than 1 referral setting, you can specify the default settings you want for new players
Win/Loss, you can create several Tiers from the referral bonus, for example, if you want to lose above 100,000 IDR to get a different percentage, then you fill in this section with 100,000 (without commas) and click on the + button on the right to create a new tier
Commission Percent, percentage of referral bonus earned from that tier
The Interval for Calculation, is the result of Tier according to the Win/Loss column

Downline

You can see all your players who have downlines in this menu

You can click "Details" to see the downline details of that player. In this detail you can see the history of the referral bonus that you got, deactivate the downline and replace the Upline from the downline. The following are the conditions for changing Uplines

Payments

This menu is used to make referral bonus payments to your players. During the payment period, all referral bonuses that the upline will get will appear here. You can approve or reject them one by one, or you can use the "Payment Control" menu to process them all at once. Please select the action you want to process (Approve or Reject) then click Apply on the Payment Control menu to do it

Content Management

This submenu is used to edit your referral's context, such as the content on the referral page before login, after login, and rules. You can also change the banner of your referral page in this menu

User Details page

On the User Details page, a new submenu, Referrals, will appear. In this submenu, you can see the downline of the player and the referral bonus that has been obtained and will be obtained by the player.

You can also search by username from the player's downline on the User Details page. This is to make it easier for you to search for specific downlines and view payment history from those downlines

While in the Overview submenu, you can go to the User Details of the player's Upline (if any)

Upline Substitution Terms

You can change the Upline of a player with the following conditions:

For players who don't have an Upline

You can enter the User Details submenu of the player then you can enter the Upline username you want and click Update.

Keep in mind that for transfers of players who do not have an Upline, the transfer starts from the next period (if weekly then starting early next week while if monthly then starting early next month). So that transactions in the current period have not been included in the upline referral bonus.

For players who already have an Upline

You can go to the Referral menu → Downline and then click Details on the upline that has the downline you want to move. After that in the Change Upline column, please enter the username of the Upline that you want to assign to the downline and click Update.

Keep in mind that for transfers of players who already have an Upline, the transfer starts from the next period (if weekly then starting early next week while if monthly then starting early next month). So that transactions in the current period will still be included as the referral bonus of his previous upline.
