Below are the steps to distribute cashback:

1. Select the User Group you want to give cashback to. You can choose one or all groups at once.

2. Select the date period for calculating the cashback distribution. If you want to distribute cashback for last week’s period, you can directly select “Last Week” in the date filter.

3. Exclude users by UserID can be used if you do not want to give cashback to one or more users. You can enter the user IDs separated by commas if more than one player. The ID numbers can be found in the User List menu under the "ID" column. Please ensure you only enter numbers without the pound sign (#).

4. Select the game category you want to give cashback for. You can choose more than one.

5. Select the bonus type for each game category. There are two bonus types:

   • Win/Loss: cashback will be calculated based on the player’s total losses during the selected period. Example: if Player A has a loss of 10,000 IDR during the period and you give a 3% cashback, then they will receive 300 IDR cashback. This cashback type only rewards players who lost during the period.

   • Turnover: cashback will be calculated based on the player’s total turnover/bet amount during the period. This bonus type is also known as rolling bonus. Example: if Player A places bets totaling 100,000 IDR during the period and you give a 5% cashback, then they will receive 500 IDR cashback. By default, this cashback type only rewards players who lost during the period, but you can enable the "Include Winners" toggle if you also want to give rolling bonuses to winning players.

6. Enter the cashback percentage you want to apply for each game category. You can also set different percentages for each provider. Additionally, you can set cashback tiers for each provider you select. To do so, fill in the turnover or win/loss range and cashback percentage, then click "Add Range".

7. Click Query to start calculating cashback. You can finalize approval through the “Cashback Payments” menu.

*Notes: Please note, giving Cashback based on turnover or rolling bonuses for Live Casino may allow players to bet against themselves in order to earn rolling bonuses.
