General Guidelines to be adhered by all participants:
Problem Statement Reveal: 5th Jan, 2025, 12:00 PM IST
Project Timeline: 1 week to create project
Final submission date: 12th Jan, 2025, 8:00 PM IST (strictly enforced)
Submission Method: Submit projects via the Submission form after the problem statement is revealed.
Grade 6 - 8 Gamifying Education
Submission requirements: All the files for the game you’ve created including source code, art files, etc. or simply the Scratch project link within the project document. Ensure that the provided files allow for the game to run on any system and to maximum functionality, in order to evaluate your project.
File Format: Submit as a Google Drive link named in the format:
TeamLeaderName_ProjectName_TechQuest_2025
File Size Limit: Projects must not exceed 100MB.
Grade 9 - 12 Robotics:
All the files for the project you’ve created are required in the Google Drive folder. If your project is a robotics project, a short 1-2 minutes demonstration video of your project and its functionality is required plus the Arduino code and circuit schematics (can be done using Tinker Cad).
Demonstration Video Requirements: A short video labelled Project Video is to be added to your Drive folder and must include the following:
A title card with the team name and team members.
A short showcase/demonstration of your project and its features
Voiceover or captions explaining these features and their purpose.
Make sure the video is short, clear, and to the point.
Grades 9 - 12 Program or Website projects:
If your project is a program or website, all the required project files must be added in your Drive folder, including a list of dependencies/libraries, the source code, and any other supporting files. Make sure all the files you give are in the correct folder hierarchy so that everything can function as intended. We suggest that teams try using GitHub to better organize their project.
