As project is still early it could be a bit hard but now only one way and it's contribute with community in twitter. 

You can create arts, threads, memes and something interesting for project and put #BeWorthy so OverWorld team can find and check your works. 

Them are usually picking 5-15 members on day when revealing or hitting points like 30k subscribers or roadmap reveal.
