Steve MCP — Privacy Policy

Steve MCP is a personal, self-hosted application built and operated solely by its developer (Ethan Helgager) for his own individual use. It is not available to the public and is not distributed or offered as a service to any other users.
What this app accesses
With explicit Google account authorization, Steve MCP connects to Google Calendar and Google Tasks to:
View, create, update, and delete calendar events
View, create, update, and delete tasks and task lists
How this data is used
Calendar and Tasks data is used exclusively to let the developer's personal AI assistant (Claude) view and manage his own schedule and to-do items on his behalf, at his direct request. Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to this direct personal use case.
Data storage and sharing
Access and refresh tokens are stored only on the developer's own privately-operated server and are never transmitted to any third party.
No Calendar or Tasks data is sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
No data collected through this app is used to train machine learning or AI models by the developer.
Data retention and revocation
Tokens are retained only as long as needed to provide the functionality described above. Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access, which immediately and permanently removes this app's access to your Google data.
Scope of use
This application is used only by its developer across his own personal Google accounts. It is not intended for, and is not available to, any other users.
