OIW - Overboard Instant Warning is something similar to what we find in our lives already. Daily, some of us use Toll Road technology that instantly DETECTS who and what just passed by at 80 miles an hour. Monitor systems have been used for decades and the ability to instantly detect that a person has gone overboard is in today's tool box. Parts to this fix are left. Drones to the right. ROVs to the front and center. Wristbands and lanyards are used in amusement parks, water parks and even on Cruise Ships for retail sales. Having them on EVERYONE takes safety to that new level.

The OIS system works with the passenger info where each passengers wristband is data linked to them, their name, age, language they speak and can they swim, etc and if that person goes overboard details are transmitted to multiple stations, an app and text to the staff; who it is, what language they speak and who can walk them through a liferaft brought by rescuecraft? The system will match the person in the water to which crew or staff who can help the most; instantly. We want to know in seconds when a person has gone overboard and help them now, not 5 hours later.
