Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Out The Door ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Out The Door is a personal productivity application designed to help users manage their daily routines through customizable task lists and voice-based time announcements. The App provides audio reminders of the current time to help users stay on schedule.

Subscriptions and Payments

• A 7-day free trial is available for new users

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free vs. Pro Features

Free Plan includes:

• 1 routine

• 10-minute voice intervals

• Default text-to-speech voice

Pro Plan includes:

• Unlimited routines

• All voice interval options

• 30-second countdown warning

• Premium Emma voice

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for any missed appointments, schedules, or obligations resulting from use of or reliance on the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
