Paxton Brown

Head Coach

Paxton is a Hillsboro High School and West End Middle School lacrosse alumni!

He is taking over as head coach after playing at Centre College for the past four years.

Gavin Fields

Defensive Coordinator

Gavin played college lacrosse at Centre College in Kentucky.

Ramon Farach

Assistant Coach

Ramon played long stick defense for 25 years starting in 5th grade, including at Georgia Tech, and in post-collegiate clubs around the country.

He has over 8 years of youth lacrosse coaching experience.

Founder & JT Moore Middle School Sponsor

William is a 6th grade teacher at JT Moore Middle School. He can help any students from JT Moore who have questions.

West End Middle School Sponsor

Shawn Demers

Parent/Treasurer

Shawn is a parent of two Outlaws Lacrosse players, one of whom now plays at Hillsboro. He is also a CPA and helps us keep track of finances. He can help answer any question about scholarships, sponsorships, or donations.

Sims Hill

Parent/Board Member/Assistant Coach

Sims is a parent of two Outlaws Lacrosse Players, one of whom now plays at Hillsboro High School. He is one of our main supports and is always willing to help the team. He can often be seen helping coach at practice or during games.

History

JT Moore and West End Middle Schools each had their own lacrosse teams prior to 2020. As we rebuilt after COVID, we combined into one team. The "Metro Outlaws" was the name of the old high school lacrosse club in Nashville before Hillsboro started their program. As an effort to keep that legacy alive and give us our own identity as a program, we became the new "Metro Outlaws".

We play in the Middle Tennessee Middle School Lacrosse Conference. We are the feeder program for the Hillsboro High School lacrosse team. Hillsboro High School won the state championship in lacrosse in 2021 & 2025 and were runners-up in 2022 and 2024.

We play against area schools/teams like USN, Harding, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Pope Prep, MBA, Page, Oakland, Cookeville, etc.
