A one-time enrollment fee of $50 will apply

*0-19yo price applicable with an enrolled adult, $39 with no adult

Enrollment fee caps at $100 per household

1 month is FREE with annual payment of membership

Monthly membership caps at $150 for a household of up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Labs and Imaging

In clinic labs will be included with no additional cost

All send-out labs will be available at wholesale pricing (often 90% off!), cost will be discussed prior to ordering

Point of Care Ultrasound imaging will be offered in clinic at no additional cost

Outside imaging services will be available at deep discounts, cost will be discussed prior to ordering

Medications

Medications will be available on site at wholesale prices up to 90% off retail. 

If your medication is unavailable onsite at wholesale prices we will work with you to find the best discounts or payment assistant programs 

Many patients save enough on their medication co-pays to more than offset the monthly membership

**Routine medical exams, urgent visits, and check ups are not available to nonmembers**

Skin lesion removal (skin tag, mole, wart)- $50 to $300 depending on size

Cryotherapy (warts and precancerous lesions)- $75

Laceration repair (stitches)- $100-500 depending on injury

IUD removal- $150

Nexplanon removal- $150

Work physicals- $125

Sports physicals- $50

Medical Ear Piercing (one ear)- $40

Medical Ear Piercing (both)- $60

Medical Weight Management- $125 for initial visit $50 for follow ups

Medical Marijuana Exam- $125

Medication Assisted Treatment- $250 for first month $150 subsequent months
