Hi, I’m Lauren, a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in Colchester, Essex. I offer counselling sessions online to individuals across England- from the comfort of your own home, as well as in-person counselling in Colchester.
I provide a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy, at your own pace.

I am a BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor, offering therapy that is grounded in ethical, professional, and compassionate practice in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
