1. Eat a healthy breakfast to give you energy to start your day well;
2. Walk 10,000 steps to keep you fit;
3. Work in a team to face up to challenges better;
4. Do some sport outside in the fresh air for a healthy mind and body;
5. Do some sport or activity with your family to maintain and improve your relationships
