1. We are willing to initially hold "A Virtual Encounter" with all clergy (Deacons, Priests, or Bishops), who wish to join the Old Anglo-Catholic Movement, to legalize their official affiliation and continue working together for the Evangelical cause of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

2. We can ratify the religious orders and ministries ordained to all those voluntarily summoned, we will deliver membership credentials, documents supported by our official registry with the United States Government, and membership, once the history of each of the candidates.

3. The College of Bishops of the Ancient Anglo-Catholic Movement 1515, may distribute the positions attached to the historical episcopate, clarifying that Anglicans (are Episcopalian-Protestants, Anglican Catholics, or Old Anglo Catholics) will never hold the title or distinction of Patriarch and only the highest authority has the responsibility and dignity with the distinction of the archbishop, with simplicity and humility as the man of faith, worthy servants of the altar of the Highest and bearers of the Real Apostolic Succession with the imposition of the hands of a single Archbishop or single Bishop (unmarried), accompanied by two married or single bishops witnesses.

4. We must clarify that we only ordain men to the apostolic successor dimension as Deacons or priests and that we only consecrate new bishops to men dedicated to the ministry and with several years serving the Church of Jesus Christ.

Knowledge and definition of leader and relationship with leadership:

These standards are only written for Christian male pastors, deacons, priests, or bishops of all existing Christian denominations and for each of the human biblical interpretations of mortal earthlings. Who do we consider a leader?

When the people of God and the civil law apply true justice to respect the dignity of the human person without distinction, we can consider that there is a real leader in front of the nation or of the institution itself, he becomes an authentic statesman of love, service, and compassion. The main leadership characteristics are summarized as follows: Ability to translate the direction of a project or idea, efficiently and responsibly. - The true leader redirects his own ambitions and human baseness of power through service, love, and understanding, in favor of the individual fulfillment and progress of each one of the men and each one of the women whom he must take care of so that they do not make mistakes in their individual actions. Whoever is a leader does not abuse his mission, he performs every action or deed with responsibility and safety. A dictator or a person who seizes privileges and opportunities cannot be considered a leader but a criminal. All the men and families who stole the lands of indigenous and peasants are criminals, they must return what was usurped and the lands of greed must be distributed equally to each of the inhabitants of the nation so that there are no poorer and displaced. The presence of the poor in the world is due to theft and injustice and leaders must achieve the well-being of all equally. The leader also can have the ability to understand all the human beings that he knows and whom he does not know, for each group they can have the ability to present different motivations and initiatives for a solution. The motivating ideas and recommendations of a leader can vary according to the occasion and situation of the human person. The leader must understand the ways of acting of an individual and the circumstance or characteristic of him. Therefore, he must foresee diverse types of motivation according to each of the situations to achieve the stability of his group. Another characteristic of the leader of change in the group is the ability to inspire to change the mistake. To know what leadership is, one must understand that the ability to inspire is essential in a leader, he must inspire the members of the group he leads, the nation, and the planet where he resides. When we speak of inspiring, we refer to the faultless individual example as a person who shows without exaggeration as a reference to others. Every natural leader has a universal mind and heart, that is, he works and innovates for all human beings on planet earth, and where he resides in the light without depravity. True leaders must know that they can make mistakes in their decisions and that is why we advise always having an advisory group of honest people with leadership to avoid falling into tyrannies or dictatorships. Every leader prepares other leaders daily to replace him at any time during his departure because nothing is eternal, and no one should be in office for life except for a maximum period of 6 years. The true leader does not need to oversee in charge of a country as a ruler, but from his trench, he will execute the change in the minds of others for the collective good. Another ability or capacity of the leader is the ability he has to sow peace and harmony among his people and people and with other people on the planet and other lands.

Which leader are we talking about?

With these recommendations we are interested in bringing the voice to believing Christian leaders, especially male pastors, deacons, priests, and bishops, therefore, whoever hears the voice of God and feels the call to lead or shepherd the people of God, must be a natural leader who brings within his spiritual baggage, strength, talent, ability, and intelligence, to do everything in order with discipline and righteousness. Can a Christian leader proselytize politically?

Definitely Not. False Christian leaders and those non-Christians who use politics and participate in partisan politics to obtain benefits and well-being are evil men and perverted women, will have their deserved and punishment until they reach the lake of sulfur and death. Those who use the vote of their parishioners or believers to appear as a manager of public things and pretend to be a sheep, but their heart and mind are that of a ferocious wolf with interests placed in the things of the world and money to increase the wealth and baseness of man. That leader who forces the parishioners or believers to vote and participate for a candidate of his preference or for himself, it is better to repent because it is an abomination to God and an affront to life itself. Damn, the sword of God will split your soul at any moment, and everything stolen or obtained with the fraud will eventually lose it. They obtain buildings and properties by stealing money and resources from the treasury, which must belong to all citizens. The angels of God will destroy their false empire and the 4 elementals will disappear and disintegrate the usurped goods. From those churches and from those groups run away because they are rubbish that nothing does receive them. Does the Christian leader's pastoral activity politically proselytize?

No. The leader must use all his intelligence with actions of love, service, and compassion, so as not to confuse the believer with social pastoral care, being careful not to mix with partisan politics. Every positive and exalted act of faith goes hand in hand with charity and fine tolerance. Pastoral work, although it announces the “Good News”, denounces injustices, protests, against abuses and social abuse, is always in favor of human dignity and against corrupt human domes. It is a unique and unrepeatable work of love, service, and compassion, separate from partisan political activity, partisan political movements, and away from legal or illegal armed groups. The cleric who manages to wield a rifle or a weapon to kill his brother is a fraud and delinquent, as such the law of God erases him from the book of life and the civil law if it is just and governed by honest hands and hearts, it will call him to accounts before a civil court and this must pay its debt before the mortal human earthlings. The Sanhedrin´s like the religious empires have been wrong because they have turned the action of spiritual leadership into a business of death and fraud by executing political projects as if they really came from God. True Christian leaders who follow the commandments of the Law of God live far from partisan political proselytism, pray and love those who lead political projects, be they from the left or the right, and they serve all without distinction without discrimination. How can we recognize a true Christian leader?

Before talking to a leader visit his workplace, talk to him, pray to God and he will show you the truth. The man of prayer who is in the hands of God as anointed or chosen, witchcraft or sorcery never enters his spirit because there is a protective shield that radiates security and confidence. Is the Christian leader a representative of God on earth?

No mortal human earthling is a representative of God on earth whether he is a leader, a believer, or simply has faith. Every true Christian leader is a representative of faith in God as a human earthling mortal and he is only an instrument of faith, to love, serve, and show compassion on all living beings without distinction or discrimination. It could be said that Christian leaders are defenders of the faith in God and followers of Jesus Christ (The Son of God). Will all Christian leaders reach God's heaven when their bodies die?

Only God knows who will be saved and who will or will reach heaven from his Holy Sanctuary. No human earthling mortal from this earth or another can offer God's salvation or heaven because holiness and blessing come from God and not from men. Christian leaders are simply instruments of God's love and mercy on the earth to put into practice with faith, love, service, and compassion in the perfection of life and without blemish. However, the Highest sent Jesus Christ to earth so that all (leaders and non-leaders), women and men, may be saved, but not through a church or a particular religion but through the teachings that we must apply to every living creature. . Jesus taught clearly in John 3:16. "He will save everyone who believes in Him: For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son so that everyone who believes in Him may not perish but have eternal life." This "everyone" includes you and any person living on planet earth. The invitation to receive salvation and heaven from God is for all humans without distinction or discrimination. The rest is cheap propaganda of manipulation or control. If salvation was based on our own efforts, no one could be saved: Let's read in Romans 3:23. "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." In this Psalm 143: 2. human. "In Romans 3:10. He states," There is no righteous, not even one. But Paul tells them that, by being already saved in 1 Corinthians 6: 9–11. The apostle Paul himself was a persecutor of Christians, approving of Stephen's death (Acts 8: 1), and arresting Christians and throwing them in jail (Acts 8: 3). "Having previously been a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insulter; but I was received with mercy because I did it out of ignorance, in unbelief. 10. Every leader (Pastor, deacon, priest, or bishop), must, in addition to the studies of the Holy Bible, philosophy and theology, must have an academic agro-industrial technical degree, so that they offer their workforce and do not become history lazy or social parasite.

11. The religious empires, spiritual regimes, and merchants of faith must destroy politics and agreements with earthly governments, separating faith, belief, and religion with rulers and governments, because most of the injustices of the world, murders and wars, The hypocrites who are within the Church of Christ are responsible as if really those were its representatives, and it is an abomination.

12. The United Nations Organization together with the believing people of all the countries of the world must abolish they must abolish the religious-political empire and doctrinal dictatorship, disintegrating the apostolic nuncios and the club of cardinals, to prevent them from continuing to apply inquisitions and humiliations such as injustices that they cause religious apparatuses, and these are responsible for inequalities and miseries.

13. No government on planet earth should render reverence or dignity to religious leaders as if they were real rulers or true states of production.

14. No government on earth should give money or monthly financing to representatives of religious empires because it is an abomination to God and the money, they invest in these lazy people is the resource of social investment.

15. Destroy vagrancy and non-production of men (men or women), who present themselves as religious, is to force awareness that work and individual production dignifies man and manages to apply justice and equality within the social balance that must be implemented in society.

16. The state must supervise and control the origin of the money handled by religious groups to prevent some representatives of religions that are not divine but diabolical from continuing to launder assets as criminals.
