Registration

Registration will take place in the Manor Road Building on 9th September from 8:30am. Please ensure you have read the below information before coming to the department. 

For those arriving for only afternoon sessions, please arrive from 12:30pm on the first day in the Common Room (1/F). 

We will require you to sign in and collect a name badge which must be worn throughout the week.

Photography

We will be taking photographs throughout the summer school for use on social media and for future years, if you do not want to have your photo taken, please let us know when you arrive for registration. 

Injury and first aid

In the event of needing first aid, please contact reception in the building who are first aid trained. 

Fire evacuation

In the event of the fire alarm sounding, please make your way to the nearest fire exit which are clearly marked with green exit signs. Once outside the building, please stand on the opposite side of the road from the building and await further instructions.
