Coffee Breaks

Coffee and tea will be provided in coffee breaks - please bring reusable coffee cups with you if possible to reduce waste. Reusable water bottles will be provided. 

Lunch

Lunches will be provided by various suppliers during the week. Please ensure you have let us know of any dietary requirements before the 1st September.

Welcome Drinks

Welcome drinks will be held at St Hilda's College from 6pm on Monday 9th September. 

Dinner

All participants are welcome to attend a dinner with the tutors on Thursday 12th September. Dinner will be held at University College, Oxford from 6.30pm. This will be a formal college dinner. Formal wear is encouraged but not required!

Wifi Access

Those coming from other institutions should be able to access eduroam. 

If not, please see the link here, with instructions to access the OWL network. Codes will be provided at registration. 

Space to work

If you are taking one course only, and would like some space to work in your free time, please use Seminar Room B. 

Coronavirus

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, and you have a high temperature or do not feel well enough to attend the summer school, you are advised to stay at your accommodation and avoid contact with other people. Please let us know if you are unable to attend in person.
