About Me

I am an Assistant Professor of Finance and a Challey Fellow at North Dakota State University.

I am an applied economist whose interests lie at the intersection of regional economics, urban economics, and public economics. My current research focuses on the causes and consequences of diverging economic growth across U.S. urban and rural areas. Additionally, I am also working on the effects of minimum wage and offshoring on the U.S. labor market.
