Would you like to arrange or compose a piece for us for fun? This section has been added as I have received several requests from friends to know our instrumentation, so as to write some new material!
The first thing to do is to choose if your piece is easier to write for:
full ensemble (go to A)
simplified full ensemble (go to B)
for a quartet (go to C).
CUING MEMO
i. There are regularly labelled, and [Square Bracket Cues]. [Square Bracket Cues] are priority cues meaning that the part that has them should play them if the instrument is absent, and they should play them over their own part.
ii. The following instruments are cued because they are generally harder to cover by substitute players. The square brackets make the cues stand out to the players as full priority cues.
[Picc], [Flute 2], [Ob], [Eng Hn], [Bass Oboe], [Bsn], [Alto Flute], [E-flat Cl]
iii. Please also cue [Cl2] wherever possible.
