Otlob Sanay'ee ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Data we collect
· Phone number, used as your account identifier
· Name, used for display to other users
· Password, stored securely by Firebase Authentication
· Governorate and (optional) GPS location
· For technicians: National ID number, name on ID, address on ID, single craft selection
· Service requests you post and responses you receive
· Ratings given and received
· Device push notification token
How we use it
· To match customers with technicians by location and craft
· To compute distance between you and the other party
· To verify technicians' identity through admin review
· To send you in-app and push notifications about your account
Photo captured during ID scan When a technician scans their National ID, the photo is held in temporary memory on their device only long enough to extract the printed text. The photo is then immediately deleted from the device and is never uploaded to our servers.
Who can see your data
· Your name and average rating are visible to potential counterparties
· Your phone number and exact address are visible only to a confirmed counterparty
· Administrators of the app can see ID verification data for approval purposes
· We do not sell your data to third parties
Storage and security Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase complies with applicable data protection laws.
Your rights
· You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. This removes your profile, requests, ratings received, and notifications.

Changes We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
