Account Deletion — Otlob Sanay'ee (أطلب صنايعي)
This page explains how to delete your Otlob Sanay'ee account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account from within the app
Open the Otlob Sanay'ee app and sign in.
Open the menu and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account.
In the confirmation dialog, type the word DELETE to confirm.
Tap Delete forever. Your account and data are removed immediately.
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to sign in or open the app, you can request deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp at [01127778616] or by email at [omer.osama@gmail.com]. Please send the phone number associated with your account so we can verify and process your request. We will complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
Your profile information (name, phone number, governorate, and — for technicians — specialization, location, and National ID information)
Service requests you created
Ratings you received
Notifications addressed to you
Your sign-in account
What data may be kept
Ratings and reviews you gave to other users may remain associated with those users' profiles, in anonymized form, so that their overall rating history stays accurate.
Records contained in another user's completed service history (for example, a job you were part of) may remain visible to that user as part of their own history.
We may retain limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, for no longer than necessary.
Retention period
Account and profile data is deleted immediately when you use the in-app deletion. For requests made through support, deletion is completed within 30 days of identity verification. Any data retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons is kept only as long as required and then deleted.
