Registration Fee

Our Symposium is operated on a cost recovery basis. The fee for participating is $165. This covers the costs of the meeting facilities, Networking Social on the evening of Friday, February 6, as well as a hot breakfast and lunch on Saturday, February 7. If an organization (Faculty or Federation) is covering your Registration Fee, this is indicated on your Registration Form. 

Overnight Accommodation

OTF has negotiated a room rate at the Hilton Meadowvale Hotel of $202 (incl. tax). All room reservations MUST be managed by OTF. Please do NOT book your own overnight accommodation. If an organization (Faculty or Federation) is covering your overnight accommodation, this is indicated on your Registration Form. 

Parking at the hotel is complimentary for all Symposium participants.
