Training Tests

Welcome to the Front of House Training Test Home!

 Below are links to the two tests that must be completed in order to advance out of training and become an official Team Member here at Chick-fil-A Oswego. Both of these tests must be completed in the store before or after a shift. 

The Product Description Test should be completed no more than two weeks after one's Register and Hospitality Training. The Final Training Test should be completed after at least 30 days of employment and successful completion of all areas of Front of House Training. To access the tests, please ask a trainer or the Trainer Coordinator for the password.
