OSO Staff Resources & Forms
The following staff forms are offered for your convenience. Please print them out, fill them out and return them to the OSO Mailbox slot (the last one in the right bottom corner of the mailboxes in the Admin area). We check the box a couple times a week. Please attach your receipts. We really would like each and every teacher to take part in this!! We know you are buying things for your classroom. OSO fundraisers allow us to help you build your classroom supplies!
