Duckbill Mask features a pouch design and flexible nose piece for a customized facial fit. The mask fabric which is made of Polypropylene material is soft against the face providing maximum comfort.

This facemask is made up of 2 layers of combined ES material for 2-ply mask and an additional middle layer of MBPP material for 3-ply masks. Available Face mask dimensions are 18, 21, 23 and as wide as 25cm to meet different size requirements. Loop material may either be made of Polyurethane (PU) or OP materials with additional choice of Ear loop, Head loop and Tie-On option. A coated metal or plastic strip acts as a nose piece to keep the mask secure when worn.

Validated Sterile facemask features both 3-Ply ES and 3-Ply SBPP. Both masks are packed in cleanroom environment and are Gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 to allow for use in aseptic and critical areas. Circular Red Sticker on the packaging ensures facemasks passed through sterilization process. Sterile facemasks can be used in critical sterile environments such as pharmaceutical areas, sterile suites, microbiological laboratories, and biotechnology manufacturing facilities.
