About the Osprey Environmental Leadership Chapter Network
A recognition program of UNF's Institute of Environmental Research and Education
The Osprey Environmental Leadership Chapter (OELC) Network connects student-led school clubs with the University of North Florida's Institute of Environmental Research and Education (IERE).
Recognized Osprey Environmental Leadership Chapters (OELC) are independent, school recognized club that share a commitment to environmental stewardship, leadership, and community engagement. Through opportunities such as Nest Talks and participation in the Youth Environmental Summer Summit (YESS), students can connect with university resources, environmental professionals, and other youth leaders across Northeast Florida.
Important: Recognized Osprey Environmental Leadership Chapters (OELC) are not created, managed, sponsored, or overseen by UNF or IERE. Each chapter maintains its own leadership, membership, activities, and identity while participating in the broader Osprey Environmental Leadership Network.
