People often ask me how I manage to stay so full of energy, joy, and optimism.
The truth? It’s deep work. Sometimes raw, sometimes confronting.
It’s about meeting our shadows, staying true to who we are, and showing up again and again. But it’s also about fun: because growth doesn’t have to be heavy to be real.

What if self-exploration felt like play?
What if we learned about ourselves the way children learn: through curiosity, joy, and movement? That’s the energy I love to bring into my work, a space where transformation feels alive, embodied, and connected.

I’m Manuela, 43 years old, with Italian and Austrian roots and a lifelong curiosity for what moves people. After more than 20 years in tourism, event management and consulting, organizing business events and leadership workshops worldwide, I specialized as a systemic business coach, working with the Open System Model (OSM) developed by Kambiz Poostchi. A few years ago, I decided to merge my worlds: coaching, the sea and the power of nature, into immersive experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and with life.

Nature has always been my teacher: a perfect example of an open system in constant flow. It nourishes us, mirrors us and quietly heals us. When we truly pay attention, we realize how much it teaches about balance, rhythm, and connection. It’s a dance of giving and receiving, taking in its wisdom while contributing our awareness and respect.

Another part of my vision is to redefine the way we travel and connect.
Moving away from mass tourism, I create experiences that foster community, cultural exchange and authentic connection: spaces where people can learn from one another and rediscover a sense of belonging.

These values are at the heart of my transformational retreats, designed to inspire self-discovery, leadership growth, and deep human connection. My mission is to help leaders unlock their potential and bring more clarity, presence, and joy into what they do, creating a ripple effect in their teams, organizations, and communities. After 17 years in the corporate world, I’ve learned that true leadership starts from within. Real success isn’t just about achievement: it’s about alignment, aliveness and authenticity.
