Tijekom projekta dio sudionika projekta proći će edukaciju putem strukturiranih tečajeva kojima će steći nove kompetencije u području koje želimo poboljšati ovim projektom, dok će dio sudionika stjecanje novih kompetencija obaviti promatranjem rada. Aktivnosti koje ćemo realizirati nakon toga odnose se na prijenos stečenih znanja i vještina na kolegice i kolege u školi, kao i na naše učenike. Širenje ideje projekta neće se zaustaviti samo u okvirima naše škole. Iskustva rada na ovom projektu dijelit ćemo u široj odgojno-obrazovnoj zajednici te putem medija i na širu javnost. 

Dakle, provedba projekta ogledat će se u sljedećim aktivnostima: 

1. Promatranje rada; 

2. Strukturirani tečaj; 

3. Prijenos stečenih znanja na učenike i djelatnike škole; 

4. Širenje saznanja i rezultata projekta u javnosti. 

During the project, part of the project participants will undergo education through structured courses to acquire new competencies in the area that we want to improve with this project, while part of the participants will acquire new competencies by job shadowing. The activities that we will realize after that relate to the transfer of acquired knowledge and skills to colleagues at school, as well as to our pupils. The spread of the project idea will not stop only within our school. We will share the experiences of working on this project in the wider educational community and through the media to the general public. 

Therefore, the implementation of the project will be reflected in the following activities:

1. Job shadowing; 

2. Structured course; 

3. Transfer of acquired knowledge to students and school staff; 

4. Dissemination of knowledge and results of the project in the public.
