"We, the Student Labor Action Coalition, stand firmly with all workers on campus. As the professors fight for adequate compensation and healthcare, the UAW struggles for fair treatment, Scioto workers push against alienation and overwork, and college staff excels in the face of inhumane understaffing, the Oberlin College student body joins the fight for an equitable campus. Our struggles cannot be separated, and neither can we. The Oberlin College community hopes to bring our campus back to what it once was. All workers on campus deserve acceptable wages, working conditions, resources, and control over our lives; we vehemently demand these changes, and we will not stop fighting until this dream becomes a reality."
