This page explains how to delete your OSEKU account and associated data.

How to delete your account in the app
Open the OSEKU app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account (Efase kont).
Confirm the deletion.
How to request deletion by email If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Subject: Delete my OSEKU account
Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
What data is deleted When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
Account and profile information (name, email, phone, bio, location text)
Profile photo and portfolio images linked to your account
Job posts, applications, and reviews linked to your account (as applicable)
What may be retained Some information may be kept for a limited time if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We do not keep your account active after a confirmed deletion request.
Processing time In-app deletion is processed when you confirm it. Email requests are usually handled within 30 days.

Request deletion of some data (keep your account)
You can remove some personal data without deleting your whole OSEKU account.
In the app
Open OSEKU and sign in.
Go to your Profile / Settings.
Edit or clear information you want removed (for example name details, bio, phone, location text).
Delete portfolio or profile photos you no longer want shown.

Tell us which data you want deleted (for example phone number, photos, job posts).
What can be deleted this way
Profile details you choose to clear
Photos you delete from your profile/portfolio
Other personal content you ask us to remove, when reasonably possible
What may be kept
Account login email (needed to keep the account)
Data we must keep temporarily for security or legal reasons
Email requests are usually handled within 30 days
