Hello and welcome!👋 

I am so excited to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year! This is my first year with the Lakehurst School District, and I am thrilled to be part of such a welcoming and supportive school community. I have been in education for ten years now. I have experience working across many grade levels P-6 and most recently spent three years as a special education teacher for upper elementary students. 

I have a loving husband, a beautiful 15-month-old daughter, a basset hound named Odie, and a flock of eight fancy chickens! I enjoy rollerskating, the ocean, paddle boarding, going for nature walks, and most of all, making memories with my family. I also have four siblings who mean the world to me. 

In the classroom, I believe learning should be fun, engaging, and full of joy. I love to laugh, dance, and be a little silly with my students while helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. My goal is to create a warm, safe environment where every child feels valued and excited to learn each day.
