Source of data

Organix Alpha is an app that manages only data provided by its users.

Each user of the app can create a person profile ("Contact"). He/She can import information from his/her iPhone contact list (name, phone number and email address) or manually create a Contact, including name, phone numbers, email addresses, employer, and management link to other Contact.

The data are shared between co-users within a "Domain". A new app user can join a Domain only if he is invited by an existing user of the Domain. Any user can invite other persons to join the Domain. A list of all users within a Domain is available to all Domain users at any time for information.

Storage of data

Google Firebase is used for 2 main functions:

• User managment with the "Authentication" feature

• Data storage with "RealtimeDatabase" feature

No other third party have access to the data of this app.

Usage of Data

The data gathered by this app are not used for anything else than the functionality of this app.

Only the data directly usefull for the app functions are gathered and recorded.

No data are used for commercial activities, marketing, or any other third party applications.

Confidentiality

The OrganixAlpha team does its best to protect the confidentiality of the information, and no data is intentionaly used for other purposes than the functions of this app. All data is kept confidential within the limits described above.

Nevertheless, the Organix Alpha development team is not liable for any leak of information resulting from the use of this application and decline all responsibilities in case of disclosure of information.
